- Assisted with development of Call of Duty Modern Warfare Zombies
The Southern
- Act as the venue liaison for artists and patrons, set up and break down the venue, handle standard box office and door duties during shows, settle with artists after the show, and send ticket income reports at the end of the show to staff and management.
Purpose Driven Events
- Built, deployed, and maintained websites for Blue Ridge Rock Festival, Blue Ridge Country Festival, Worship at the Mountain, Great American Truck Show, and Purpose Driven Events. These sites had 250,000 visitors a month and were in the top 3 Google search results.
- Booked 85 buy-on acts for Blue Ridge Rock Festival
- Acted as the primary POC and system manager for Etix and Lyte. These systems processed over 40,000 transactions.
- Used Python and the Etix API to create a custom report with ticket sales and inventory data, then emailed it to all relevant parties.
- Took ownership of a variety of other tasks, including scouting for a new ticketing company, crafting marketing emails sent via Mailchimp and Hive, and assisting the customer support team on escalated issues
9:30 Club & I.M.P.
- Worked with multiple ticketing backends to obtain patron contact information and their previous show attendance to improve targeting of email marketing
- Created a promotional video using iMovie and drafted email blasts to market upcoming shows
Epic Systems
- Full stack MVC development for a feature in MyChart, Epic’s patient facing application, allowing clients to locate community resources that meet their distinct needs. During my tenure, this feature was pitched to potential Epic clients
Government Accountability Office
- Organized and analyzed data relating to airline IT outages to help determine whether laws need to be implemented regarding that issue. This research, featuring some of my graphs, was published in Summer 2019
